Global Lists and Custom Fields

Course overview

Learn how to use the Global List applet to centrally manage many of the dropdown lists found throughout the iSAMS system. Here you can add new options to a list, remove redundant ones, move frequently used items to the top and even create brand new lists.

Customise your system even further by designing your own custom fields to capture data that is unique to your organisation.

Audience

The iSAMS system administrator, and those responsible for the data captured in Student Manager, HR Manager and Admissions.

Previous knowledge

Basic iSAMS navigation is required and knowledge of the data stored within the Student Manager, HR Manager and/or Admissions Manager.  It is recommended that the courses below are taken before starting this course:

Requirements

Although accessible on all devices this course works best on a desktop or laptop PC. A headset or speakers are recommended.
